We’re delighted to have been awarded Sage 50 Platinum Partner status. Sage’s Platinum Partners Scheme, which was launched in February 2012, recognises and rewards those leading Business Partners that provide outstanding customer service, adopt a fully collaborative approach to joint business planning and achieve strong sales performance. We are delighted to have gained this level of recognition from Sage, especially as we are one of only 44 Platinum Partners across the country. Not only is our Platinum Partner status testament to the hard work our team has put in, but also demonstrates our commitment to helping our customers get the most from their Sage 50 solution in order to achieve success. We’re delighted to invite you to our seminar on Wednesday 2 May when we’ll show you how to make Sage 50 software work more efficiently for you and your business. Sage report that 80% of clients use only 20% of the reports available to them so we’ll show you how to access and use the reports you need to make well informed business decisions, and provide the tools to help you implement those decisions. It will be of particular interest for those people who need to keep in touch with the office through the latest mobile applications. The seminar is ideal for those businesses already using Sage 50 software and those who are considering buying it.
The event, which is free of charge, takes place at our offices in Haslingden and runs from 9:00am – 11:30am
Full details are here and the on-line booking form is here.

The legislation for the submission of the online P35 form has changed. This means that you will need to be on the latest version of Sage 50 Payroll (version 18 for 2012) or have valid SageCover on versions 2008 – 2011 in order to receive the Year End pack with the legislative changes. If you don’t have this in place, your online submission of the P35 through Sage 50 will fail.
You will still be able to submit your P35 via the HMRC portal.
The Year End packs have already been sent out so if you haven’t received one you will need to upgrade.
If your Sage 50 payroll is earlier than 2008 or you are on versions 2008 – 2011 and without SageCover you will need to upgrade if you want to use the online submissions within Sage. Please contact us for details and prices. Alternatively you can consider using Cassons Payroll Bureau in which case we’ll look after everything for you!
Sage have released the 2012/ 2013 version of Sage 50 payroll.
