How to guides

We plan to bring you a series of “How to guides” which will help you get the most out of your Sage software.  They will all be produced as pdf files which you can download, but we’ll also produce some in video format!  If you have any topics you would like us to address in a “How to guide” or perhaps you have just discovered a feature that makes your Sage work better, please let us know so that we can share it!

Our first "how to guides" are  batch reporting,  synchronising your Outlook. and using your "favourites" more efficiently.

Batch reporting   within Sage allows you to generate several reports from any area of the software at the same time.  For example you may choose to group together all of your regular monthly reports.

Synchronise your Outlook!  Do you have regular routines that you need to remember and do on a regular basis, for example send the current aged debtors report to the credit control team? Why not synchronise the diary in Sage to your Outlook diary so nothing ever gets overlooked again. Please click to download our 'How to' guide on synchronising your Outlook.

Using favourites! Our Sage team use favourites all of the time as it is so much quicker!    In fact as it is one of our own favourites we have chosen it as the first VIDEO “How to guide”.  Click here to see it! Don’t forget that it is also available as a pdf download.
