Networking with a difference - All aboard the East Lancs Railway!

It’s full steam ahead for our next Meet Eat Debate event – this time on board a steam locomotive!

Following the success of last year’s event, we will be shouting ‘all aboard’ once again and hosting a networking event on the East Lancashire Railway on Friday 22 September between 11am and 2pm.

Delegates will travel from Rawtenstall to Bury on board the steam train. On arrival at the Bury platform, visitors will be given an insightful talk about the rise of the craft ale industry by our guest speakers Pete Booth and Luke Ashburn, brewers at Irwell Works Brewery in Ramsbottom.

Guests will also be treated to some samples of ale before boarding the train once again with their lunchboxes for their return journey.

Travelling past the rolling hills of Rossendale and further afield, visitors will also have the opportunity to speak to other business leaders from Lancashire during this unique networking event.

The party on board the train marks the fifth birthday of Meet Eat Debate – so don’t delay, book your tickets today – www.mychamber.co.uk/eastlancs/event/view/id/2176. This year we hope it will be even bigger and better!

The event is organised by Cassons, the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce and Viva PR.

Tickets cost £15 including lunch. Click here to book your tickets or for more information. And don't forget to follow our new Facebook page!

We look forward to seeing you there.
