Cassons Managing Director Les Nutter said: “We are delighted and immensely proud that both Jonathan and Stephanie have made the shortlist.  As there were over 200 nominations across the various categories, it is a major achievement for them to have been shortlisted.

“NWEEG is very special to us. In 2017 we decided to become NWEEG Ambassadors because we believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and that employee engagement is a crucial building block for our future growth.

“We want to ensure Cassons remains at the leading edge in the way we develop our existing team and attract new entrants into the industry.”

The NWEEG Awards feature 11 different categories. The Awesome Apprentice award is sponsored (but not judged!) by Cassons and is awarded to an Apprentice (or Trainee) who has shown a great level of enthusiasm, determination, passion and engagement within their role.

NWEEG encourages and helps businesses across the North West of England to better engage with their staff, their customers and stakeholders. It aims to connect HR professionals and business leaders with engagement specialists and peers, sharing best practice and learning more about increasing retention and productivity

The winners of each Award will be announced at the Awards Evening on the 17th May 2018.
