When deciding which product to acquire, some of the factors to consider include:

How many users need to be able to use the system at any one time

How easy the system will be to upgrade should your business needs change

The number of your transactions

The areas that you want the software to cover, for example are you interested in stock control or a fixed asset register?

Whether you want the facility to make direct payments online?

How the system copes with foreign currency transactions

Many of our clients have found Sage to be the most suitable package, with the various packages offering increasing degrees of sophistication and are easy to upgrade. However the features of other systems have been more appropriate for other clients, for example the stock control system of Opera or the AppleMac functionality of MYOB.
