Career
Started as an articled clerk with the firm back in 1976 (then called J B Lever & Co.). Qualified in 1985, became a partner in 1989 and Managing Partner of the Manchester office in 1997 and Managing Partner of the firm in 2006.
Professional memberships
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Lectures
Lectures on 'Organising your finances' to pupil barristers at the Northern Circuit’s annual seminar. Facilitates the member firms' statistical review at BKR International's annual conference for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Awards
Voted the inaugural Accountancy Personality of the Year by the North West Society of Chartered Accountants in 2007.
