Starting up:
Your management and operations

You should review the skills and knowledge needed to run the business, and compare these with the abilities of the people currently working for you.

If certain skills or knowledge are lacking, you may be able to obtain them by training. Certain skills such as accountancy and marketing may be better bought in as and when they are needed. Other skills, such as selling and production, are needed constantly and so should be available in house. If you do need additional skills, we can help recruit staff for you.
